CEP Health is looking for an innovative Marketeer to join our knowledge and commercial team. Specializing in nature-powered health solutions focused on MASQUELIER’s® Original OPCs, CEP Health promotes vascular health as a cornerstone of overall wellness.
About the Role
As a Marketeer at CEP Health, you’ll be instrumental in driving awareness, demand, and engagement across digital and offline channels. With a primary focus on digital campaigns, you’ll work alongside expert digital bureaus to leverage tools effectively, allowing you to concentrate on developing unique, highly targeted campaigns that resonate with niche B2B audiences and prospective business partners. This role requires a blend of strategic and creative skills to develop customized lead-generation initiatives and account-based marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs of our partners and their customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Campaign Development – Design and execute tailored marketing initiatives across digital and offline platforms to create awareness, generate leads, and build strong brand visibility in specialized B2B markets.
- Lead Generation & Niche Market Targeting – Develop and implement highly specific lead generation plans, focusing on creating value-driven propositions that meet the unique needs of potential partners.
- Digital Marketing – Oversee digital campaign strategy in collaboration with external expert agencies, ensuring the right tools and channels are leveraged to reach target audiences effectively.
- Corporate Branding & Content – Manage CEP Health’s corporate identity and brand guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging and visual integrity across all touchpoints, including offline materials, product launches, and promotional content.
- Market Research & Insights – Conduct targeted market research and competitive benchmarking, translating findings into actionable strategies and targeted messaging that strengthen CEP Health’s market position.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM) – Collaborate with business development to create personalized marketing materials and communication tools for specific accounts, fostering lasting relationships through tailored support and content.
About You
You’re a strategic, innovative marketer who understands both digital and offline channels and is adept at creating campaigns that are as targeted as they are impactful. With a deep understanding of B2B solution selling and a passion for health and wellness, you’re excited by the challenge of working in niche markets and building customized marketing strategies that foster engagement and growth. Your focus on solution-oriented marketing, backed by your experience collaborating with external digital experts, will allow you to make a significant impact in this role.
Your Skills:
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in Nutraceuticals or Life Sciences
- Experience in developing and executing innovative campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in English and Dutch
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools, with a focus on strategy over hands-on execution
- Excellent project management skills and experience with brand management
